Nothing can quite match a pure oceanfront view. Bontrager Builders Group is well-versed in tailoring the stylings of our luxury homes with the gorgeous environments they are placed in. This recent project is an example of the attention to detail and fine quality that BBG brings to each home we have the pleasure to construct.

The entryway features exposed wood support beams and wonderful leading lines. The double doors with beachfront-esque weathering are framed by matching windows and vintage-styled lanterns This entryway sets the mood for the relaxing, uplifting design evident throughout the rest of the home. Upon entry, visitors are greeted by tall ceilings accented with in-set wood planking. The wood floors extend from the entryway throughout the surrounding rooms, providing an inviting cohesion. The in-wall entertainment center includes built-in shelving and a natural plank hearth. The light wood tones and white walls give a lightness and openness to the home, without feeling overly stark.

Attention to detail is evident in the kitchen/dining area. Copious amounts of storage and thoughtful placement of the appliances allow for ease of use. The light blue backsplash gives an added ‘pop’ of color. The large, walk-in pantry is a chef’s dream and includes plenty of additional counter space for food prep. The massive center island houses storage, appliances, and insets allowing for seating and entertaining.

Careful attention to detail elevates elements of the design, like the bathrooms from necessities to luxuries! As with all BBG projects, much care is taken to ensure that practical aspects – like storage – are well taken care of. Spacious walk-in closets, built-in bookshelves, and cabinets are focused on throughout the residence. No space is left wasted!

Ironwork accents, like in the example photograph below, lend an additional masculine sentiment while the in-set wood planking keeps the overall design scheme consistent. Large windows utilize the views of the ocean to their full potential.

The back of the residence features a wonderfully integrated pool area. The multiple overhangs and alcoves give plenty of space to relax and recharge.
